If I didn’t have prior obligations this week, I’d be in Miami livin the good life at Art Basel. One of the first things I’d do when I got there is pay a visit to the Wynwood Walls, located within Miami’s bustling Wynwood Arts District. For one thing, it’s Free! But more importantly, it features works by some of the best graffiti artists out there. This year’s roster of artists involved include: Aiko, Christian Aww, Cope, Shepard Fairey, Futura, Faille, Gaia, Invader, Jeff Soto, Kenny Scharf, Nunca, Retna, Ron English, Sego, Swoon and more.

My brother is more the South Park fan, but Ron English works are always worth a look. The South Park 15th anniversary Art Exhibition at Opera Gallery New York, curated by Ron English opened up last week in NYC. Shown here is English’s “last supper” reinterpretation which he has done before. Artist works including Travis Louie, Colin Christian, Sas Christian, Beau Stanton, Kid Zoom, Dave White, KaNo, Kathie Olivas, Clark Fox, Greg Craola Simkins, Mark Dean Veca, Lindsey Way, Naoto Hattori, Tristan Eaton and of course English’s own work are all on display. If you’re in Soho now through April 10th, check it out.
